1  Decide on a Date, Ceremony Package Or Rental Items.

Review and decide on a Ceremony Package, Wedding Decor, Rental Items Or Services.
All of our wedding packages can be customized or you can design your own ceremony by using our Ala Carte Menu

If you are not committed to a specific date or package, we request that you call or email us with your questions. Florida Beach Weddings are very popular ceremonies performed each year and we receive 10-14 inquiries average a day, so please give us a business day to respond if contacting us by email.

 2  Check availability, reserve the date with a deposit and sign our contract.
NOTE: Every reservation made with a DEPOSIT and the customer has signed our contract and returned it within the time allowed, has  a GUARANTEED WEDDING. Once you decide to make a reservation, we will prepare your contract, email it over to you for you to print, sign/complete and return with a minimim 50% deposit within 7 days to secure the date. If your order is $250.00 an under, the deposit is equal to the amount of your order. We cannot hold the order beyond the 7 days without a committment so If the contract/deposit is not received withint he tiem allowed, the order will be cancelled with out further notice.

Deposits may be made only by check, money order or paid through PayPal. 

 To secure our services in providing your wedding, we require a minimum 50% non refundable deposit at the time of your reservation. Balance is due within three (3) weeks prior to the ceremony. Your order must meet our minimim delivery requirements of $250.00. If your order is $250.00 an under, the deposit is equal to the amount of your order.

If you are renting chair covers and linens but do not require setup/take down services, you will need to pick your order up from our warehouse the day before the event and return them on the Monday immediately following. If you are picking up/dropping off linens, your order must meet the minimum of $200.00.

Beach Wedding policies: Some counties, cities and beaches require a temporary use permit. If there is a fee for the permit, it is the customers responsibility to contact the proper resources and make payment arrangements with them. Our wedding packages or services do not include any permit that may be required. Items such as chairs, arches or similar type of  structures may not be allowed without a permit.
